We’re not just putting a pretty face on things. We’re helping you create the tangible medium through which your most important work makes its way into the world.

It’s not an overnight process. It’s certainly not “7 Days to a Brand You LOVE!”, or some disposable branding you buy off Fiverr. But that’s not really your style, anyway.

Our work together happens in three stages:

Month 1 — Discover

We’ll start by uncovering what this brand is all about, and getting crystal clear on the values and strategies that will form the foundation of its success.

You’ll meet with us for 3 x strategy calls of 2 hours each, and we’ll do an additional 4 x hours of brand and audience research on our own.

Month 2 — Design

We’ll then go away and start bringing all that fantastic discovery and strategizing we did together into being.

During this time, you’ll go off and do whatever else you’d like to do, and we’ll work to create the drafts of your brand and copy deliverables.

Month 3 — Deliver

Finally, it’s time for the big reveal! We’ll share with you the design and copy we’ve created, and work together to make any revisions or final tweaks.

We’ve got a whole month to really dig into this, so we’ll have plenty of time to get everything just right.

    • 1 x 1-hr kickoff call where we get a crystal clear understanding of your business and vision for your legacy, as well as set mutual expectations.

    • 3 x 2-hour strategy calls where we facilitate a unique and frankly, magical mix of framework and chaos, playing off eachother's brains as we uncover your values, develop your positioning, define your brand purpose and goals, outline your competitive landscape, get to know your audience on a deeper level than you'd think possible, discover your brand personality, and articulate your vision and mission.

    • 1 x 1-hr implementation call where we tie up any loose ends, walk through your next steps with you, and support you and your team in moving forward.

    • Style exploration + moodboard to establish the overall design direction.

    • 3 x design concepts, beautifully presented with photo realistic mockups to help them imagine the final result.

    • 2 x revisions of the chosen design concept — we want it to look just right!

    • Main logo + logo variations (in several colour variations).

    • Sub mark + icon (in several colour variations).

    • Brand colour palette and typography.

    • Custom brand surface pattern or icon set.

    • Canva brand kit + up to 10 custom branded templates (1 page counts as 1 template)

    • Comprehensive brand guidelines to help you stay on-brand — outlining how to apply every element of the brand identity system, along with guides for brand personality, image style and tone of voice. Delivered via Standards; click here to see an example.

    • 10 x photorealistic mockups — ideal for launch

    • All final deliverables in EPS, AI, SVG, JPG, and PNG file formats, along with a handy guide outlining the best file type for various applications.

    • Web design sketches (delivered as PDF files) + collaboration with your chosen web designer/developer.

    • Foundational messaging and positioning — a deep dive exploration of what this brand is saying, which is the essential foundation for any business. We’ll also knock out positioning.

    • Audience profile — a well researched, nuanced understanding of who your people are and what they want, and most importantly, how you need to talk to them. Includes customer journey map.

    • Copy and content strategy — your words are your work — and they need to give you an ROI. We’ll create a robust, actionable strategy for how to move forward with your copy and content.

    • Implementation roadmap — a step-by-step checklist of every single thing you need to do next. (Think: tactics to the strategy we’ve outlined above.)

    • Up to 5 x pages of copy for your site. Most people go with Home, About, Sales, Press Kit/Bio, and Contact, but we’ll work with you to decide what makes sense for you.

    • Up to 3 x smaller pages of copy, like intro copy for a blog page, your 404 page or the like.

    • Up to 3 x taglines to choose from, with recommendations from Rachel as to which one to go with.

    • Newsletter sign-up form copy, success page, and welcome email.

    • Suggested outline for a 7-email nurture campaign. (You choose, welcome or sales.)

    • New business announcement post written for you.

    • 2 x revisions of every single piece of copy.

    • All final deliverables in Google Docs format, for each collaboration and editing.

Afterwards…

You’ll have a rock solid brand and messaging strategy, as well as extensive visuals and copy to implement on or hand off to any designer and copywriter, and ongoing access to us for last minute questions and loop-closing.

The end result? A values-centered brand with a clear and robust strategy for success, right down to the tiniest details.
